All State Properties Announces Executive Changes
All State Properties announced that Mr. Joseph Meuse resigned as the company’s general partner effective as of February 28, 2008 and that Mr. Garry McHenry was appointed as the company’s general partner.
Garry McHenry, age 50, started his career in the Telecommunications field in 1991 with Protel, where he helped develop one of the first fixed wireless public payphones. He has also served as manager of engineering of wireless payphones with technology service group, as manager of south-eastern sales with U.S. long distance, LCI and Qwest Communications. He is currently president of Digital Utilities. Mr. McHenry is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. -SEC Form 8k

All State Properties Appoints Joseph Meuse as General Partner
Mr. Stanley R. Rosenthal resigned as the All State Properties’ general partner effective as of December 20, 2007. At the time of resignation, Mr. Rosenthal was not a member of any committee on the board of directors. On December 20, 2007, Mr. Joseph Meuse was appointed as the company’s general partner.
Mr. Meuse has not been appointed to any committee of the board of directors. Mr. Joseph Meuse, age 37, resides in Warrenton, VA. Mr. Meuse has been involved with corporate restructuring and reverse mergers since 1995. He has been a managing partner at Belmont Partners as well as Castle Capital Partners since 1995. Additionally, Mr. Meuse maintains a position as a board member of the following corporations: Comprehensive Healthcare Solutions, Pivotal Technologies, Adrenaline Nation Media Networks, Niagara Systems, Retail Holdings, NuOasis Laughlin, Big Red Gold, PacWest Transfer, Global Filings, and 3-D Shopping.
