Lets keep an eye out for the filings and press releases. KK said filings first from email.

xxxx - we have our annual report coming out shortly with the most
current information. I prefer to wait until then so that the information
can go all of our shareholders simultaneously. We will also have a
shareholder communication out shortly after filing the annual report
with additional relevant details on share structure. I will make myself
available after these two documents are released for any questions that
you may have.
