Mr. Lehner,

Quick question. Since cruise ships use WNBD products, how are they

supposed to dispose of it? I assume you can't just dump it into the

Good afternoon,

SMART™ Wet Cleaning Solutions are so benign that they can be put into the grey water system of the ship, like the water that goes down the drain after you wash your hands. This is then recycled for non-drinking use on board, such as hoses for cleaning the deck, etc.

Prior to the use of SMART™ Wet Cleaning Solutions on-board, scientific tests were conducted by a 3rd party to ensure that the solutions would be compatible with the ships’ water recycling equipment, filters and systems.

By contrast, Perc needs to be collected as its own hazardous waste and is subject to a variety of handling restraints. Perc could never by disposed of into the grey water system.

The reason we do not announce the purchase price paid by Holland America Line for the installed systems is to protect their confidentiality as a customer.

Every ship processes a variety of “Dry Clean Only” garments including crew, passenger garments, and entertainers’ clothing. The same system can be used for non-dry cleaning uses such as casual clothing. Each such ship is quite busy in operations as there is a lot always going on during the voyage. SMART™ Wet Cleaning Solutions are in containers sitting behind the machines and connected by hoses. When one 20 litre container is used up, its replacement is connected. We plan the deployment of inventory of such containers to coincide with suitable loading opportunities in view of the destinations served.

As a result of these ocean going systems, an increasingly international marine personnel group is gaining first hand experience with the SMART™ Wet Cleaning System and are using our products daily.

Best regards,

Eric Lehner, CEO
