Evidence Network Technologies International is very much in existence and most likely it's business operations are what are being acquired with TMXU by Blair's clients.

Governor O'Malley Makes Local Education Appointments
Appoints Five to Anne Arundel County School Board Nominating Commission;
Fills Vacancy in Talbot County Board of Education
ANNAPOLIS, MD (November 5, 2007) – Governor Martin O’Malley today announced his appointments to the newly-formed School Board Nominating Commission for Anne Arundel County. Created by legislation enacted in the 2007 Session of the Maryland General Assembly, the Commission will make recommendations to the Governor for school board appointments in Anne Arundel County. The Commission is comprised of citizens named by the Governor, the County Executive, as well as by parent and teacher organizations and the business community. The 5 appointments made by the Governor include:
• Joshua C. Greene of Crofton, who will serve as Commission Chair. He is a member of the law firm of Patton Boggs, LLP in Washington, and also has business interests in Anne Arundel County;
• Christine Davenport, of Glen Burnie, who has served as a teacher and assistant principal in the Anne Arundel County public school system;
• Lee Roy Payne, of Millersville, who recently retired from a career in guidance counseling with the Anne Arundel County public school system;
• Matthew C. Tedesco, of Odenton, who is a member of the law firm of Knight, Manzi, Nussbaum & LaPlaca in Prince George’s County; and
• Konrad M. Wayson, of Harwood, who is Managing Partner of Wayson Land Holdings, LP, and is a former member of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education.
“This is a brand new Commission, with critical input to the selection process for school board members. I believe we have succeeded in assembling a group of individuals who have an important stake in the quality of education in Anne Arundel County, either as parents, teachers, education administrators, or community leaders,” said Governor O’Malley. “I am confident they will do an excellent job in identifying the best qualified and committed individuals for school board service.”
In addition to appointments made by the Governor, the Commission includes representatives appointed by the Anne Arundel County Executive; the Teachers Association of Anne Arundel County; the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce; the Anne Arundel County Council of Parent Teacher Associations; the Anne Arundel Community College Board of Trustees; and the Association of Educational leaders (AEL).
All members of the School Board Nominating Commission of Anne Arundel County serve 4-year terms.
In Talbot County, the Governor announced the appointment of Carl E. Widell, Jr. to fill a vacancy on the Board of Education. He will serve the remainder of a term to expire December 31, 2008. A resident of St. Michaels, Mr. Widell is Chief Financial Officer of Network Technologies International, Inc. He is a graduate of Princeton University, and served as a Marine Corps aviator in Vietnam. Mr. Widell is president-elect of the Mental Health Association of Talbot County. He has 2 children in the St. Michael’s school district.
“I am very pleased to be able to appoint someone with Mr. Widell’s background to the Board,” said Governor O’Malley. “He brings exceptional expertise in business and technology, and will work to ensure that children graduate from the public school system with the technical skills necessary to compete in an increasingly global marketplace.
(Carl Widell is the CFO for Network Technologies International)
