Wish the news could have been better, TLV. That's why I like the reporting companies. This would have been seen in a PRE14C and folks could have exited in a more orderly fashion. With no supporting PR, its obvious that Gerstner wants to wipe out any shell players. Didn't have to do that, after he'd already increased the AS from 50M to 250M. Should have provided him more than enough breathing space without screwing everybody over..........

After this, does he really think he's going to get investors to support the $18.75 post-split pps? For all 1000 shares that will be left in the float?

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
