I decided to call our new CFO, Marlin Williford, yesterday during my lunch. I am very glad I called, because the conversation went very well. He was very easy to talk to, and very professional. His lines are open, and I think it might do us all some good to give him a call. He is very interested in getting to know the share holder base. Do not be afraid to pick up the phone and call this guy, because he is not going to give you a whole lot of spin, or confusing number crunching.

When I called, I was most interesting in finding out 3 things. First of all, I wanted to know about the filings being posted on the website. Turns out, the wording in the PR was a little off. The filings in question have already been posted, and can be accessed by the link on the Labwire website (
http://www.labwire.com/investors.asp ). The only thing that really could be posted at this time is the letter from the SEC saying that they passed their audit. I believe he said that he could, and would post this so we can see it. I also think a PR may be released for more clarity.

The second thing I wanted to know is about the uplisting. Obviously he could not give me exact timing, but did say that we are "very close" in the process. Now, I take that as a very good sign, since he did not say things such as "it takes a lot of time", or "please be patient". I think this means it is very much well underway.

The last thing I wanted to bring up was my concerns about the size of the o/s. He seemed to agree with me that the "shoe had to fit" the company in regards to the o/s, and that for Labwire the shoe is just too darn big. He said the share structure is part of what is being reviewed for move off the pinks, and for the future of the company and it's shareholders. I told him that I had already discussed this indepth with Dexter months ago, and that I just wanted to make sure that the issue was very much front and center in his mind as well, since the o/s is directly related to the EPS.

Anyway, Marlin said he is extremely excited about the opportunity to be a part of the Labwire team. He agrees that Dexter and Labwire are second to none in the pinks, and that this company is a real diamond in the rrufff. He said that good things are coming, and that if we have liked Labwire in the past, then we are going to love it in the future. He also said that his new position of CFO is going to give Dexter more time to do what he does best - sell Labwire!

Anyway, I think Dexter has finally found yet another piece of the Labwire puzzle. Please take the time to call him, and report back what you think.
