Not much there but a couple of notes

Market is growing at double digits they expect to exceed the market.

Considering acquisitions

Competitive advantages:
From a product perspective they offer comparable or better functionality generally at prices 10-15% lower.

Brand

Customer service (who doesn't say that?)

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
