$SSEC topped as of 10/16/2007, as alerted, after trading to 6124.04 meeting the target of 6000 +/- after breaking out in March 2007 from 15yr TL.

Now, it has traded from 6124.04 to 5032.57 retraced 17.8%, since the, it bounced to 5453. It is still in consolidation period as daily is oversold. I do not expect the 6124 was the top for VTL.

ETF performance: Oversea markets are off 10-20% from the recent sellings. FXI is off 23% since $SSEC has shown on the top. I noted that $SSEC reached target and will go into consolidation period on 10/16. Since then, it corrected 17.80%. It has filled Oct 2007 gap and now it bounced up after trading to 5032 which is Sept2007 low support.
