When I informed William C. Harrod, Director & Embalmer
of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home, Coroner of Franklin
County, Kentucky, and brother-in-law of Steven D
Jacoby that Kimberly Harrod Jacoby's husband, Steven D
Jacoby was not listed in the SSDI he became very
defensive. Like other family reactions, I am never
thanked for bringing it to their attention that their
loved one is not listed in the SSDI. They react in a
hostile manner like William Harrod did. Theodore Olson
never responded to my letter informing him that
Barbara was not listed in the SSDI and had unclaimed
property being held by the State of Virginia. The
State Treasurer of Virginia thanked me but not Ted.
Alicia Titus is another good example. According to
media reports she was a flight attendant aboard United
175 that hit the South Tower. She was not married, had
no children, and was not a government employee. There
is no valid reason for her not being listed in the
SSDI. When I notified her father, John Titus, he was
more concerned about who I was rather that thanking me
for bring to his attention that his daughter is not
listed. The majority of families who represent 9/11
advocacy groups have loved ones who do not appear in
the SSDI too. When these groups are confronted with
this knowledge they either ignore it or deflect the
question with a "How dare you!" response.

Major Wallace Cole Hogan Jr. was reported by the media
to have perished on 9/11/01 at the Pentagon. His death
is not listed in the Social Security Death Index.
However, his father's death is reported in the SSDI.

reported death, there is still a phone listing in his
name as well as property listed in his name. Pretty
good for a dead guy. It also appears that his wife,
Major Perrach Phermsangngam, never took his last name
when they were married. Maybe it's because the name
Phermsangngam just rolls off the tongue so easily!

I called a local screening company who was very
helpful. I told them about 9/11 victims not showing up
in the SSDI. She told me Mark K Bingham (Gerald
Kendall Bingham) has current and active addresses in
the Los Gatos and San Francisco area since 9/11/01.
The street name on his death certificate (Sharder)
was spelled wrong. The correct spelling is Shrader.
Data research from the screening company indicated
that the Shrader address was the address for The
Bingham Group (his public relations firm). However,
if you search the State of California's web site,
there are three unrelated listings for The Bingham
Group. The Bingham Group with the Shrader address was
incorporated on August 27, 1999. J. Briggs is the
current listing for that address.

The media recently reported that Salvatore J.
Princiotta, a retired New York City Firefighter who
responded to the Sept. 11 attacks, was murdered in
Scottsdale, Arizona. An Intelius search reports that
in the in the entire nation there are only 2 Salvatore
J Princiotta, one is age 75 and the other is age 89.
Other searches for variations of name and place show
little or no data. It appears that this murder victim
appears out of nowhere. Coincidentally, Vincent A
Princiotta was another NYC Fireman with the same
surname who was reported to be a 9/11 victim. Vincent
A Princiotta is not listed in the Social Security
Death Index. A telephone search reveals a listing over
6 1/2 years after his reported death. The listed
address and phone number is the same as the
International Association of Fire Fighters in
Washington DC. For the Doubting Thomas who does not
believe that Intelius is accurate, search James H
Fetzer in the State of Minnesota. Or better yet,
search your own name.

OOPS! Unitedheroes.com (registered by WDA LLC) stated
that Miller's web site was set up by a survivor of the
WTC. A Whois search indicates nicolemillermemorial.com
was created by a James Reilly. But then Newsday stated
that Mr. Reilly was a victim! Published reports are
that both James Brian Reilly and Nicole Carol Miller
were unmarried and had no dependents but neither are
listed in the Social Security Death Index. It is
interesting to note that WDA Operations does not
solicit for, bid on or accept jobs from the public.
Then who do they accept jobs from? The Department of Defense?
