ArchivalCD Files Amended SB2 with SEC
CROCKETT, Texas, Nov. 3, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) announced that it has filed an amended SB-2 with the SEC.

Initially filed on 22 Dec 1999 the review comments from the SEC required the company to prepare amendments filed May 12, 2000 and on Sept. 14, 2000. Additional clarifications have been provided with the current amended filing.

Daniel J. Hay, CEO/President says, ``The comments from the SEC regarding our previous amendments made a much shorter list to respond to this time. We are feeling confident that this amended filing can be approved by the SEC.''

ArchivalCD(tm) provides document management services specializing in digital imaging of microfilm and paper for historic archiving. ``We have a great interest in digital preservation,'' states Hay, ``and find our clients and shareholders equally excited to be nearing final approval on our planned IPO.''
