salut..I just guess they are working on both sides but in India since it's cheap over there.the CEO looks like Indian origin.if this is the case then company won't go through dilutions and toxic financing.
try to buy 15k pps goes up one penny.this shows there are only 2.5 mil float out of 59 mil o/s
shares control by insiders very much like an IPO.
