Appears to be a CONFLICT between what the N.Y. Division of corporations is saying and what Umining resources Inc. is saying......Gee I wonder who's Information is accurate here?
"In February 2007 the Company announced that it filed all the necessary documentation to change its name to "U Mining Resources Inc.".
The filing was made and approved by the State of New York
and the Corporation will also file a Form14C with Governing and regulating authorities and request a CUSIP change"
