Trimax is a private company.
Trimax has no employees and no office.
It has two "officers" but their CFO works full time as a practicing accountant with his own clients.
All this per Nicholas, President at Trimax and the secretary in Bichels office.
I called both.
Does Trimax owe the shareholderes of GLXI anything?
Of course not.
But I think they owe the investing public the benefit of being able to assume that they are honest and up front.
With all of the website similarities ... it looks to me that Trimax and GLXI were in cahoots to post a funding PR that does not really disclose the two companies relationship.
