Finally got through to the President, Nicholas, at Trimax.
Seems he is working out of a home office and didnt know about the phone number for him at Directory Assistance in the name of Trimax Capital Group. Unbelievable.
Anyway he has talked to Globex but no deal is in place.
He is waiting on the 43-101 before doing anything further.
To date he has done one or two deals for a few million (less than $3 million) dollars.
And all of his two deals have been oil and gas deals.
He does not have a dealings with Bear Stearns or Dresdner Bank, they are too large and will not look at this deals.
One of them could be the "trustee" of his structured notes when he does them but they are not part of his financings.
Ron Bichel, the CFO, is always busy in his accounting office and hasnt taken any of my 5 calls to date.
