GLXI UPDATE.........

Umining Resources Inc. NAME has been reserved ONLY..it was RESERVED on Feb 23, 2007 and it EXPIRES on April 25th, 2007 The Required Paperwork has not been Filed according to Barbara at the Division of Corporations so there is NO Authorized shares at this juncture under this entity name...

I called again to find out if Globex Inc. was registered in the state of N.Y.............and they are...

The Division of Corporations for N.Y. has been sending POLITE Requests according to the person that I talked to Requesting Globex Inc. Supply a CEO NAME.....this Bi-annual Report according to her has been sent every TWO years since 2001 and Globex Inc. has not Returned the required filing to them.....she said that was NAUGHTY! LOL!
