I recently discussed a couple of my "ultra-risky" microstocks, BUGS and CANM, with a friend who is a professional broker. He agreed that BUGS was heavily diluted and would need to undergo a reverse-split at some point... and at some point he told me that if a customer of his had one of them in his portfolio, he would encourage him/her to get rid of it asap.

Now, I didn't have time to pin down which one he was referring to, plus here's my dilemma: I love BOTH of these stocks! CANM's managers have a history of success and some major contracts in the pipeline (specifically a piece of a $5 billion GSA contract), and BUGS is successfully spreading throughout Mexico (finally!).

I honestly don't see either one of these as being in danger of collapsing; CANM might have a more proven history, but both have some serious upside happening in the next quarter or two.

Thoughts?
