I just found this message board!! Thany you. There isn't one on Yahoo Finance.

I actually bought in quite a few shares in Nov 2005 when it was close to $2 because I heard that they would go IPO on Amex at the end of 2005. And the stock price would go above $4. Of course it did not happen.

Then in March and April this year, there were some PR from Sunnylife still claimed that the company would go IPO this year. Still nothing happened.

I started looking into it and nothing was filed with SEC about IPO. It just gets more suspecious. From their finacial statments (2004, 2005), PRs and also the conferece clip from RedChip, they all look really good but the numbers just don't add up.

I wonder if anyone feels the same way?
