query re: the now statistically irrelevant *volume* and PPS run to reset of December 2009

as has been noted *here* previously

PTOI (stock) has spent more time and *volume* (washed or otherwise)
at sub 6c (early January 2014) .. that reset was done from EO December 2013's 10c reset

that 6c would be *reset* in October 2014 to 5c (two fold NR undertaking .. bury the ACC Executive
Summary's release on 10.9.14 and *create* volume that rivaled back to back days not seen since
January 2013 .. *coincidentally* (not) January 2013 was NRs' *last significant run* on PTOI ..
stopped out @ 1.49 .. and called contemporaneously *then* that $1.50 to $1.65 was the issue for NR) ..

so to keep it simple .. for years now .. PTOI (stock) has been mostly *held* at a sub 5c price point on YOY reduced *volume*

it's why *volume* (and lack there of) matters .. and *volume* as noted is comprised of *trades* done daily

the *trades* (collectively) show what pattern is in play by NR (rounds) and which MM gets *tasked* vs those MMs/ECNs' utilized as decoys

and of course .. and always ignored to suit .. is the overall impact a sub 10c or 5c price would have on mgmt over
weeks/months/years .. tho' some P2O investors .. speculated .. as to who was outlasting whom

just one reason why this last *round* (last month) is *intriguing* to all with *interest* ..
because P2O (the company) has always had *options*

cur the bid whack .. and whether the bid or ask via NN is *elastic*
