Indeed. It is like Robseller says "get in before the crowd, and get out before the crowd." I stay away from stocks like UPDA, AMEP because these are so touted and are diluting machines. I sold king when they doubled their OS (knew they were diluting and the stock would fall). High float & OS stocks are hard to make $$$ on......except flipping for chump change.

I only buy oil/alternative energy OTCBB, pink stocks for any long term plays..........these tend to have the lowest failure rate and largest frequent gains. Also I never buy any OTCBB, pink with over 100M OS.

I've looked into SPOC and did the DD this past July. Some strange volume spikes in that one. On my watchlist, but have not found a compelling reason to buy. Old management of SPOC appear to be in jail? Will have to re-DD this one. Anything going on in SPOC------appears to be an empty shell
