ask cgc investor relations if a twmjf share gets a vote - show me a source. it is traded otc, it is bunk. a dealer telling you what he sells is legit is common practice, whether it is legit or not

at best (or worse, depending on what the USAO does) it is ownership by proxy, vote by proxy. that sort of thing is precisely why money laundering laws exist.
