i think the fact that TWMJF shares are not WEED shares at all but simply a derivative whose value is pegged at the US dollar value of the quoted price of WEED might be your saving grace.

There is at least one American investor here that very early on was able to get his hands on TWD shares along with TWMJF - he took both in a misguided attempt to minimize currency fluctuations when in fact it would have never mattered at all.

But, he told us later that his brokerage converted all his shares into TWMJF without his knowledge or consent. This is obviously an attempt at skirting the money laundering issues I am talking about.

Just trying to be real, I say we all should hope for some sort of crack down on American cannabis business. And if that crack down does nothing to US investors in Canadian corporations, so much the better for TWMJF holders.

Anyways, as adult use legalization approaches I would be careful and really think about what is at stake. So far, this is just a medical marijuana corporation.

Buying low, selling high is a tough way to make free money, this is easier.
