Good point. No dilution right now. More to come likely.

However there are unknowns. There may be more than 2 deployments. They may not be announcing all the deployments. Some customers likely do not want it announced.

OMVS may have paid off some of the notes early. I remember MAXM being on the ask for quite some time a few months ago. MAXM is the MM whom most claim dilutes here.

Also how fast can Allied Universal start generating sales and how many? Unknown. But they are a very large physical security company. That much is known and cannot be denied.

With that said many OTC stocks have share structures in the billions. Not here. Even if OMVS doubles the share structure from right now it would only be at something like 250,000,000 I think.
