$ SVTE. Yes 100% as of 2013 and they have doubled in size since that time. They in 2 different buildings and the office is not at the same location as the manufacturing part of it. They lease the Land & Buildings at $14,000 a month with it leased to 2021 and and have another lease option after that and alot of Companys do that Like OPX* that has several Huge Contracts with some real Large Companies that are Union Companies. http://deltastag.net/Products.html
