If Monday closes below .0012 then resistance is not broken. It's a really simple charting concept and more apropos than some would like to admit.
RMRK has not closed above .0012 since August 31st. Until the stop sign is removed this will probably remain in the trips; the delay on the acquisition isn't helping either...
