Preferred convertible stock will be converted to common unless the company does something to rectify this looming overhang.

I realize I said previously I would not bring this topic up if someone could should me another company with a similar share structure. I similar share structure with a company at all time lows was pointed out. Unfortunately due to TOS rules I am unable explain why I am bringing this preferred topic up again. But I feel it must be addressed as a concern for any investor wanting to invest in this company.
