I'm thinking that GIFA will have to have the name and symbol corporate action changes before they can put out any news in the United States. They are not really trading as GIFA until that is completed. Although, they could update share holders about the progress of their efforts with FINRA. That, in itself, would move this significantly.

Perhaps they can not afford the $100 IHUB cost to put out a PR. LOL!!
Or they feel it would cause some complications during the transition to GIFA from FireFish.
