details would be nice..but you would think he would at least address the area that he announced he would build out or expand..he doesn't..instead he announces that he has expanded something else entirely, never mentions the goal he had announced that he was attempting to achieve, and pats himself on the back for a job well done.. “

Bingo. Over the years he’s been able to make any forward looking statement he wants without having to ever follow up with any of them. How many times has he promised an “update soon” only to never again mention said item.

Again, this is why he doesn’t have conference calls. He’ll be asked questions he has no answers for.
