No it's probably just the overhang of not being federally approved in the U.S. Otherwise they are very solid and making all of the right moves. They have a strong management team and BOD. They are also entering the Canadian market with the Owen Sound facility ..they are currently in the approval process with Health Canada.

Last Q they had $4.4M in revenues and their market cap is $82M.
