The lead times for MMEX are not relevant at this point - because nothing is being fabricated off-site, or anywhere, on behalf of MMEX.

In order for fabrication to take place, design engineering work must be completed followed by procurement. In order for design engineering and procurement to occur, MMEX must have a source of project financing, to pay for these services. MMEX has no project financing.

There is no work being conducted at the MMEX site in Pecos County, for the same reason - large sums of money are required to pay for site prep - MMEX has no project financing.

The modules VFuels indicates in the TCEQ permit application are simple - if MMEX ever obtained project financing, these modules probably have lead times in the six to nine month time period. But that won't be an issue, as MMEX has no intention of constructing even the rudimentary topping unit, and even if it did, MMEX would not be able to obtain financing.

Do you know the lead time of any of the items being fabricated off site to coincide with moving the landscape around to accommodate them?
