If Munro is as smart as I believe he is, they will push the pre-RS market cap as high as possible (.05 or more) once the authorized shares are maxed out. That is the only way the post RS company will avoid spiraling back to pennies when they convert the preferred shares. Munro is in the driver's seat now. If he can get the market cap over 40M before the RS, then ICLD will have a fighting chance in a highly competitive landscape.
