Ideally . . In theory yes . . in a vaccuum. .


. . if ng drop 1. . ugaz drops *3 . . yes . .

. . in theory it would be nice if that is all the rs is about and no more shares will be issued after that . .


. . the reality is . . most of us know that will not be the case . . previous share holders will be dilluted to ish` . . more shares will be issued and the game goes on . .


. . just ask the board members when was the last rs . . i say if there were 2 in 2 years . . then if it looks like a turd . .it probably is . .

Can some people still make bank ? . . in theory yes . . if one is to buy low enough and catch a small trend up . . but most of us is are down BIG . .

. . now we want to know . . how we can get out of this mess we are in . .do we hold before rs or wait till after . . ?

. . i am sure time will tell . . after rs some of us may expect a short run . . the wrong move will cost u$ . . but after that . . the game will go on . . and most likely our converted shares will probably be red if we hold too long . . till the next rs?!?

. . that is me ranting . . hope i am wrong . .

. . i hope after rs we can go to 90 100 120. . we all wish in theory . .
