For those TOTALLY clueless about CBD Oil Production

The average lab cost IN HOUSE is about (nationally, according to HEMP Today, and MJ Business Daily) $600,000.

You MUST be associated with a testing lab--BEFORE ( soil cores) and after (finished product) to sell as certified oil.

And yes it is still illegal nationally, and the recent (December) combined statement from the DOJ and the FDA was the law will be enforced (read Funded) in 2018, pending licensing and certification criteria.
