All of us that profess to be believers in our Lord Jesus Christ...at some point in time in the past...we were unsaved, lost, without hope. For some folks they were saved at a very early age in life. For others they had reached adulthood and even for some they were getting quite a few years under their belt. Regardless of the age any of us came to put our faith and trust in God upon doing so in that moment we experienced a new beginning. Our sins and our wicked past was not only forgiven but also forgotten and we became a new creation in and thru Christ. We were "born-again"! Now, as believers we know through scripture all the promises that God has made to us. We know that life can be full of peace and joy and contentment. However...we also know that we are NOT promised a walk thru the rose garden on a daily basis. Heck, for that matter all so less than desirable circumstances can come our way that can shake us right to the core and stay for a long while. We know that jobs can be lost putting us in a struggle with our finances. Relationships and marriages can end sending us into pain and rejection. Sickness and disease can take the wind right out of our sails be it our own or a family member or friends. So many disappointments that can come our way while we are here on planet earth because that is what life is in these human bodies. However my friends... there is Hope! That same God..(the only God)... that changed our lives when we were born-again. That same God will save you from the heartbreak and pain and despair that you may be facing this very day. As i often say...God is more interested in molding us into the likeness of Jesus and doing whatever necessary to make that happen. In these human bodies life is going to be hard at times and maybe even often...but...eternity in heaven is going to be perfect and the woes and cares of planet earth are going to be far removed!.... TRUST HIM!
