Well all I can say is that you can already buy cannabis legally here in Vancouver - no licence or medical requirements. All the oils and edibles you want and huge selections of both indica and sativa. All the mj shops here opened on the premise of medical mj, but with the court systems so backed up, everyone knows it'll be legal before anything new would be brought to trial. Therefore nobody cares and haven't for almost two years now!

I can also tell you from the number of dispensaries around town, plus the few ppl I know who actually profit directly from them, that the recreational mj market is larger than what the government is speculating!
