Cisco has been eating them for lunch all through this case. I said from the beginning they would rue the day they filed against Cisco. Cisco has also filed two new challenges before AIA. If anyone can invalidate Finjan patents before PTAB, it is Cisco. They will give the roadmap for others to successfully challenge.

Finjan also clearly violated their nondisclosure agreement. They even had to refile the complaint removing the confidential material.

After listening to Finjan attorneys make oral arguments before appellate judges and listening to Julie Mar-Spinola incoherently speak today, I have changed my mind about their competency. They beat up weak companies and are getting no traction whatsoever against the big boys.

Should still be some trading opportunities, but I won't be holding any between trades.
