I’d like to ask the ‘forum’ a question.

Now that we have confirmation management is sensitive to the plight of retail shareholders (ie: blog)

and

now that we have an understanding that if we are clear and cogent in our requests for information,

we might get answers to our questions.

I ask the following question, if there were three wishes for the new year, what would you want to know?

Remember, material information can be withheld to certain degrees, but if you were able to craft a question that remained ‘on sides’ with regards to disclosures, you might get an answer that remains ‘on sides’.

I’ll try to frame a question as an example.

“I noticed that the company is sitting on large quantities of raw material, does this inventory represent an investment in future production, or is the company currently utilizing its assets?”

I throw that question out as an example and ask anyone to express an opinion as to whether the question is reasonably ‘on side’ and deserves a response from management.

Or how about:

How many companies are you currently in negotiations with for large scale production?

If we, as a group, come up with our 3 holiday/new year wishes, and put them forward in the proper manner, we might get answers.

Anybody got an idea/comment/holiday question that seems on side?
