And now I rightfully questioned whether that $5.2M can even be paid by TRW. 



Yes, I jumped when he said this. And then started to question his education. I believe its up to TRWs AGM to decide dividends, as I remember it was concerning annual profits and utilization of that.

I fear we could loose our CTO soon.
