Wayne Earns his salary It's all in the Facts and filings he has no need to sell stock today.

Yes...Wayne earns his salary. 9 years to get negative assets of almost $3M using $12M of shareholder money to do it....almost half of that going to Wayne and his family.

Total scam by Wayne and his friends.
