AND they got a much more favorable rate and will make it up many times over in the new arraignment, by having the PPS this low!!!!!

So seems to be a WIN WIN FOR THEM! And again WHO had been in CONTROL all of this time to squelch any M&A??????? And since one has not taken place as of yet, Who was able to get a better sweeter deal.........
