Why does DECN blame the auditors, when DECN management is obviously still amiable with some of those disciplined CPA firm partners? DECN & Berman continue to use the address of the former CPA firm partner Brad Beckstead as their own on ALL FIVE of the DECN & subs corporate filings.

Seems to me that DECN & Berman followed Brad Beckstead from the firms Samyn Martin, to L.L. Bradford and then to Beckstead & Company. Can you say complicit?

Who need enemies when DECN will treat friends in this manner? Seek and ye shall find.......
