Personally thought part of the reason for the Reverse Split was to reduce the number of Outstanding and Authorized shares available making the stock more attractive to investors. I see no other purpose behind increasing the number of authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 400,000,000 unless the company intends to issue a substantial number of these shares most likely at a discounted price to pay for company expenditures which equates to additional stock dilution. Hopefully I'm wrong.
