Compare the B.S. Slavo shovels about Hotel Marion on his website--

"the Hotel Marian is a five story, 118 room hotel with meeting rooms, fitness center, restaurant, lounge, banquet facilities, heated outdoor swimming pool and guest laundry. vs the reality--

"A vacant Hotel Marion building is hard to miss as you drive east out of town and west into town on Ind.18, and it could be some time before anything can be done to rescue the structure. The vacant, 120-room Hotel Marion as it sits off Ind. The building which was once home to restaurants, and a 120 room hotel, is now a shell of its former self.... Right now the building is caught in legal limbo. In September of 2014 the building was sold in a Grant County Tax Sale to Indiana TLP LLC for the minimum bid of $69,000. They then had to wait a year so that the current owners, eFUEL EFN Corporation & Ljubica Stefanovic, could have the possibility of redeeming their property. The deadline for redemption Sept 18, 2015 has passed, but so far no one from Indiana TLP LLC has stepped forth to apply for the deed to the building...
