Why would they spend money on a PR just to give up?

At least they went from tweets to official PR.

No dilution yet.

All I know is clearing up financial baggage takes forever especially with all the red tape.

Could be a while.

Like DOL* many doubted that it would come through.

Then one day boom. And with this low float who knows what the jump could be.
