The Chinese are buying. My whole theory is they are delaying things to get cheap shares. Way back when Witty had said that Frack was concerned that the price was too high when we hit that high of .09. That leads me to believe they are waiting out the impatient to get their shares. When they are loaded we will get all our filings and press releases....... $LBRG
