1 - sale of assets (via factoring contracts)
2 - shares buyback (using above mentioned sales proceeds OR financing)
3 - business partnership agreements
4 - financial partnership agreements
5 - licensing agreements on IP and technology
6 - inform the market about current ANDAs status, timeframe and about any other devlopmente going on inside the company


just to name the easily doable.

but we know, they don't care about the share price.
and likely they don't care about time either, since the two (price-time) coupled can make all the difference in the world.
They'd better hurry up !
