I took a position in this stock, dumped it and bought some more. I think one of the problems could be that this company is headquartered in Canada but it's operation is in the USA.

The USA return on equity is lagging behind their Canadian peers. There is not a concerted effort to legalize marijuana in the United States.

I like this company but with the Federal government schedule 1 classification there's no synergy.

I think I will move on and if they ever get out of the gates I will just have to admire this thoroughbred from a distance. There are just too many other options.
