I did have another investment in a company called, I think, MCSI, a couple of years ago. It was an audiovisual company that grew by addition significantly. Problem was, there were some shady things going on there that didn't come out for a while and investors were left holding the bag. So when it comes to these smaller companies growing significantly by adding additional pieces, especially when they aren't part of their core competencies, I get a bit suspicious. The Key Tronic offer, for me, was a bit unusual. Maybe it is part of doing business that I don't understand but with my previous apprehensions related to MCSI, I sold about 2/3rds of my position within the last month. Hopefully, I am wrong about all of this. Good luck out there.
