shares issued for a merger of substantial assets.. HELL YEA I'm all for it! But you must also acknowledge that ANY shares issued will be restricted for 1 year leaving the float at 4,600,000 tradeable shares! SOOO in essence hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and revenue will merger into this shell with now additional shares hitting the float..
