Still looking at some time next quarter.
The Bid has to be over .01 for 30 days and during the time of request to up list. Bid hasn't ended days end over .01 for 1 day a while. Once it finishes at .01 you can start counting down from 30 days. If during that time it finishes under .01 you have to start the count down all over again. So it will be a couple of months yet.
Don't forget it is the bid not the ask that has to end the day over .01
