seems to me that any future positive for equity - if and when - would yes dilute common but not lower than a value of 8-9-10 - if such action came with par for preferred stock

that is the full thought

we - equity - may not get anything

but anything that takes the junior preferred stock to par takes equity along for the ride to at minimum around a three bagger here - and likely more like a 7-9 bagger
